Job Description:

• Basic electrical maintenance and repair.
• Preventive equipment maintenance (completion of work orders and tasks).
• Inventory maintenance of replacement parts and materials.
• Basic PC skills. Must be able to utilize the maintenance software program.
• Developing support contributor, responsible for the maintenance and repair of the facility's structure, equipment, and grounds, including all trades (mechanical, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.).

Education/Experience/Licenses etc.:

• Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 4 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associate’s Degree with a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $28.00 - $31.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• Maintenance: 4 years (Preferred)
• Facilities maintenance: 3 years (Required)
